Healing begins with being understood.
Gentle support for your complex inner worlds.
With more than a decade of experience as a therapist, I believe healing is deeply relational and that my clients are my greatest teachers.
We are shaped by our relationships, jobs, environments, and the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world.
When experiences like trauma, grief, or relationship challenges disrupt our sense of alignment, inner conflict can arise.

You don’t have to sort all of this out all by yourself.
I use approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to help clients gently explore these conflicts and reconnect with themselves.
My role is to sit alongside you, listening to what both your mind and body are communicating, and to support healing through compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.
You deserve thoughtful care that is collaborative and grounded.
Outside the therapy room, I love to spend time outdoors and travel. I’m drawn by a sense of exploration, patience, and respect for the terrain; qualities that also guide my approach to therapy.
I believe healing unfolds best when we move at your pace, stay curious, and respond thoughtfully to what emerges along the way.
Get in touch today.
I understand that taking the step to reach out can feel vulnerable, but please feel free to share a brief note or ask a few questions—whatever feels manageable right now.
If something here is resonating with you, I invite you to get in touch for a short consultation. From there, we can talk through what support might look like for you.
